Edgewood purchased a $3,640,000 note at a discount, secured by a two-building, 85,500 square foot multi-tenant flex space located at 260-280 Quarry Road in Milford, CT in January of 2013. The property was built in 1987 and is situated on 7.77 acres of land. Upon taking control of the property, Edgewood performed capital improvements on each building. Once renovations were completed, Edgewood was able to increase occupancy to 88% and sold the property in December of 2016.
