The property consists of nine 2-story residential buildings, one free-standing clubhouse building, and one maintenance shed on 7.22 acres of land. The apartments are made up of 24 one-bedroom units, 72 two-bedroom units, and 24 three-bedroom units. The property was underperforming when it was purchased by Edgewood in 2012. Edgewood performed capital improvements on the property and upon completion, the units were brought to market and leased up.
