$10,000,000 bridge loan secured by a first mortgage on Rodney Bay Marina, a 253-slip marina containing 15,290 linear feet of slip space, 4.2 acres of upland improved with 33,641 square feet of retail space, a 4.05 acre boatyard, and 1.56 acres of undeveloped land, located in St. Lucia. The Marina is equipped to hold yachts as large as 285 feet and has long-term storage for 120 yachts. Because Rodney Bay Marina is an official port of entry into the country, the property also features an on-site customs and immigration office, customs broker, and in-house yacht clearance. Edgewood’s loan proceeds were used to refinance the current debt coming due on the property as well as pay closing costs and legal fees.
