Edgewood provided a $3,500,000 bridge loan on a 5.5-acre Industrial Outdoor Storage (“IOS”) site in PA. The loan was used to acquire the site and will provide future funding for capital expenditures and leasing costs. Edgewood is actively lending to the IOS space.
