Joe Giovannoli

Joe Giovannoli is responsible for managing the underwriting, due diligence and closing for all loan originations. Mr. Giovannoli has nearly 10 years in commercial real estate underwriting. Prior to joining Edgewood, Mr. Giovannoli was Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at Petros PACE Finance, where he oversaw the underwriting and closing of over $400MM in commercial PACE loans. Prior to Petros, Mr. Giovannoli held an associate role at AIC Ventures, where he led the acquisition and underwriting of over $200MM in industrial real estate. Mr. Giovannoli has also held roles at New Western Acquisitions and Integra Realty Resources. Mr. Giovannoli graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
