$2,400,000 bridge loan secured by a first deed of trust on a 200-unit garden apartment complex located in Memphis, Tennessee. Edgewood’s loan was needed to repair three units that were taken offline due to fire damage and complete several capital improvements, such as exterior painting, landscaping, and replacing the fencing on the property. Built in 1975, the units are spread out across 25 two-story residential building on 13.53 acres of land.
