$2,500,000 bridge loan secured by a first mortgage on a 100-unit multifamily property known as Springdale Apartments in Haltom City, Texas. Edgewood’s loan was needed pay off the existing debt coming due on the property. Edgewood’s loan was paid back in full in October of 2014.
