Texas Multifamily Conversion

Edgewood provided a $6,250,000 bridge loan for the acquisition and conversion of a former senior living facility into multifamily in San Antonio, Texas. The Sponsor has a significant renovation program planned to convert the Property into affordable housing as well as supportive housing for veterans. Edgewood has now provided funding for 8 multifamily conversion projects and is still actively looking for more opportunities in the space.
