Edgewood is partnered in a joint venture to assist in the development of the last 4-units in a 10-unit condo development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Development began around 2006 before temporarily being delayed; the remaining four units will be developed in two 2-unit buildings, each unit will contain 2,600 square feet of living space and finished basement, above a two-car garage. Edgewood’s $1,000,000 equity investment will be used to cover up to 70% of total project costs including site improvements, landscaping, and property repairs. Upon completion of the project, each unit will be brought to market and individually sold.
